Biography
Atefeh Naami was a 37-year-old independent woman and animal rights activist from Karaj. She was arrested during the Woman Life Freedom protests in late November 2022 and reportedly died under torture by government agents. Her family denied the official claim of suicide, stating her body was later placed in her home. She is remembered as a hero who continued her activism despite warnings, famously stating, 'My blood is not more colorful than others.'
عاطفه نعامی، زن مستقل و فعال حقوق حیوانات ۳۷ سالهای از کرج بود. او در اواخر آبان ۱۴۰۱ در جریان خیزش زن زندگی آزادی بازداشت شد و طبق گزارشها زیر شکنجه ماموران حکومتی جان باخت. خانوادهاش ادعای خودکشی مقامات را رد کردند و گفتند که جسد او پس از مرگ در خانهاش قرار داده شد. او به عنوان قهرمانی که با وجود هشدارها به فعالیت خود ادامه داد و جمله «خون من از دیگران رنگینتر نیست» را بیان کرده بود، به یادگار مانده است.
